Lousy service following hurricane

Hurricane Sally hit September 15, 2020. It is now October 8, 2020, over three weeks since the hurricane. The power was restored in about five days. Yet, Cox cannot get internet or phone back up in my area and cannot explain why and yet they tell me they'll issue me a "partial" credit. Really! How utterly generous! For about the last ten days Cox has sent me a text or email telling me that service has been 100% restored in my area and if I don't have it in my home to respond. Then that starts a whole new ball game. When you call Cox, you can't get anyone that speaks any kind of english and if you do the online chatting, they're completely clueless! Due to Covid-related issues, I need to work from home but No, I have no internet or phone. I am so over Cox!!! They have the lousiest service and technicians ever! User's recommendation: Find another company.
