Lousy customer service… the worst.

I ordered a book of my photographs on Dec 14. It was to be a Christmas gift. Today is December 29 and the book has not arrived. They are blaming USPS for the problems. You cannot connect with anyone in the US... only the Philippines. The book is supposed to arrive on January 11. 2021. User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from MIxbook. You will really regret it.
