Lost social security card

We were at the Casino for the last 2 days - 6/16 and 6/17. Had a good time and enjoyed the table games. On Monday I believe I lost a Social Security card and discharge card in a wallet size plastic case. I'd like to report that and ask you to let me know if anything has been reported regarding those items. The name is James Lucey and we were in room 2411 for the night of the 6/16.
