Lost Package/Pitiful Customer Service

AI ordered lingerie on 6-16-21 and as of 7-6-21 have not received it. Despite calls to the Post Office and HerRoom Customer Service I am unable to resolve the problems receiving this package which is lost. I asked HerRoom to refund my money but they said until they receive the package back they refuse to do a refund. How does a lost package get returned to them??? I am fed up and filed a dispute with VISA to stop payment to them since they wont help me. I will never buy from them again! I recommend you dont either! User's recommendation: Avoid this company!
