Lost or canceled visits

3 times now I have attempted to do a video visit and all 3 times the timer counts down and then says that the visitor cancelled the visit. Why would I pay for them if I was going to cancel them let alone sit there waiting as the timer counted down. I have but yet to be refunded any of my 7.50 for each visit as well User's recommendation: Don’t do it.
