Lost my hair, no response from them

Lost my hair after Chemotherapy and went online find ewigs and ordered by mistake 3 wigs that I picked and put in my cart in order to choose one of them, when I realized my mistake tried to find a number to call couldn't find any, I emailed them and it was passed the 12 hours policy they have so they would not let me cancel my order saying that they are custom human hair wigs and they are into production. I received my wigs 3 weeks later directly from China, they look nothing like the pictures or the color swatches and one of them you can tell is not finished because the lace sticks out of the hair and covers the whole forehead. I emailed them back explaining my disappointment and asking them to fix this unfortunate matter, NO response
