Lost items and problem getting a return label

I have been a customer of Brylane Homes for a number of years but will not be ordering from them any more. I have had two items lost over the past year with no explanation of where the items are. A comforter set was ordered on June 2, 2021. I received the pillow shams and decorated pillow. When I called about the comforter I was told it was lost and they had no idea of where it was. User's recommendation: Not to order from this company.
