Lost à luggage

I went to Morocco on 6/6/2021 and I lost my luggage. I made a claim the lost of my luggage in the aireport, 3 weeks later I got a call from the costumer service telling me that they didnt find my bag, and gave an email adresse where I should contact them. I sent the an email like 1 and half month and still they didnt get back to me. I have valuable articles in my bag. I am really disappointed about what happened.
