Loss one of my bags

I have lost my bag on 16th May when I was travelling to Dubai, Report (PIR) # AHL DXBMS56163. I have sent many emails from that time and made many calls and I didn't receive any positive response and customer service and feedback stopped to answer my emails! Is this the right way to handle customers in Egypt Air?!
