Loss of coverage in my area

NOT Last week Monday (6-7-21) we lost our coverage. We were unable to make or receive calls/texts. We could, however, do this if we switched to WiFi. This causes problems for us. We do get service if we drive six miles from our house (Not a solution). Told that Boost is performing system upgrades. Customer service cannot tell us how long this will take. Then they want us to make another payment on a non usable service. they want
