Looks like there’s a fraud on my transaction from WorldRemit

My complaint is about the transfer I have made on WorldRemit yesterday to the of receiver John Kananda Mwamba. But the transaction was not processed because WorldRemit asked to submit the photo ID which I did immediately. Unfortunately I didnt receive any message and neither my receiver. Im trying to call WorldRemit customer service but the numbers on the web are not in service. Please, answer my messages as soon as possible or I will bring the case to the court against WorldRemit. User's recommendation: Don’t use this company anymore for your transactions.
