Looks like everyone has the same complaints are delivery times

It is very apparent that there are some major communication breakdown between the call center, dispatch and drivers. I have had very pleasant experiences dealing with the call center. They are very helpful. I provided them very clear instructions and contact information (which was read back and verified). When the confirmation call prior to the scheduled date called, they did not have the contact information and I had to provide it again. The following delivery day, the drivers did NOT call the correct phone number as provided in the prior 2 calls. I missed my delivery, TWICE. Trying 3rd delivery attempt next week. User's recommendation: Costco needs to find delivery company with equal levels of customer service, like theirs.
