No matter what department I have to deal with the wait times have never been less than 30 min... ridiculous. I waited 43 minutes today for their billing department just to be told I was not authorized on the account even though I am the insured and the only person that has managed the order/re-orders. THey have not once spoken to my husband and how they are going to mail a form that I will see in 7-10 days so he can authorize me....
