I purchased a loft style bed 3 weeks ago. I was told I would have my order delivered within a week. I received my order and they realized that not all the parts were In the package so I had to wait another week and a half to get the rest of the parts. Well they delivered the rest of the parts and when I checked the next day, the boards on the frame were not screwed on. I also realized the wheels were missing., So I called the customer service and she placed an order which will take another few weeks for them to arrive. Lastly, the sales person recommended bunkie boards which I purchased but he failed to mention that they will not be available until beginning of May. So I purchased a loft style bed hoping to have it in use within a week of purchase. It will be over a month before my son can utilize the bed. This was not a positive experience for us and we have been loyal customers since 2014
