Update by user Apr 12, 2021 KKMOON has never responded to my multiple emails I've sent them!! They don't seem to care about their customers!! Original review posted by user Mar 12, 2021 I am locked out of my Kkmoon 8 channel DVR. I dont remember my security questions! Is there any way to get like a master password to reset the whole thing? I cant even access the main menu! Can you help me? User's recommendation: Always keep a copy of your security questions and passwords just in case you forget!
