Locked out of account! Been on hold for two days calls keep dropping! So frustrated!!!! Is there anyway to get around them to deposit or transfer your money into a different account?? This is absolutely unacceptable from a company that has been in business as long as they have! They should not have taken on the task if they were unable to handle the volume of demands they are facing and should have for scene ahead of time in crisis we are in and have been in for a wile now!! Will NEVER use or recommend them ever again!! UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT!!! I am contacting BBB!! Should have never switched from H&;R Block!! Huge mistake!! User's recommendation: Never use American Express!!
