We purchased furniture months before we closed on our home and was give a delivery date. The salesman put in incorrect address and it went to wrong address. We were given an apology and was told that it would be delivered to us ASAP. And we still don't have our furniture and now we are getting the run around. We are military and never had this problem 😫
