Hope you love hearing aircraft ALL THE TIME. The automated system charging me 10% extra for never being late to the OUTRAGOUS power bills + this place is very overrated. Oh yeah the power bill is included in the rent. Most of their reviews are fake. I'm going to go ahead and get it out of the way right now this is for Greystar / kapilina management ("I'm sorry you've had a bad experience please contact us at 1-800........) Please stop saying that on every reply. It comes off as smug. And stop buying fake 5 star reviews. It's very simple to spot them for every negative review you get, you buy 15 positive five star reviews. The algorithms are getting better and this will unravel on you. The pool and amenities are overrun by non-residents. 90% of all people you see at the beach and pool do not live or belong there. They will charge you a deposit, you will not get that back. The bugs and roaches will be overwhelming, enjoy paying $3200 + for all of this aggravation. You also have to fight for parking spots on the weekend. Did I mention this place is really loud, you are basically living at the runway. Very loud. You'll hear F-35 traffic Mon-Sat and air traffic from all major operators including c130 and heavy freight 7 days a week.
