Mercer Life Insurance Error, unacceptable.

Unending nightmare of incompetence

For nine months last year, Mercer Marketplace Discovery Benefits could not resolve a problem in their files that caused them to repeatedly, and by repeatedly I mean dozens of times, send me notifications that my insurance was cancelled. Annoyed to No end

I opted into some medical &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; transit deductions, then within the allotted time frame canceled them. I did this in May. It was not until September that the deductions stopped &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; I received a refund. Now in 2021I see that they are still taking out for transit! Another round of “cases’!! I am so annoyed!

Denial of benefits

They always want more receipts. Seriously, what do you think we are seeing a dentist for, or an ophthalmologist? They cling on to YOUR MONEY for as long as they can. Dreadful company.
