Bought this item a while ago and it is still under warranty. It stopped working so I tried to contact the life brand multiple times and every time I only got sent to the voicemail and the robot voice told me to leave my information and they will call me back. It's been over two months since I called and they never call back. Therefore, I tried contacting the shoppers-drug-mart-b105884">shoppers drug mart phone line and but they told me they are investigating. And it's been over a month since they told me that! Nothing has been done! I'm very infuriated by this situation.
