I ordered two sets of their PB Standard Drapery Rods and Brackets (along with six panels and sheers). Both sets of draper rods were missing the end caps/finials (and one package was missing the screws, wrenches). I have called customer service four times to try and rectify the issue. I finally got in touch with a rep who sounded like she knew what she was doing and said that she'd send me the missing finials - "no problem" - the order was then "canceled" for NO reason - what is worse, they claimed that I CANCELED it! Why would I cancel an order for the GD finials that I have waited OVER A MONTH for???? I wrote to Pottery Barn's CEO to let her know that the company flat out lied to me. I will never shop at Pottery Barn or their affiliates again.
