Been a customer for many years. Leased 5 vehicles, each time returning to get next one, told them I was over miles. Last vehicle, purchased, but lease vehicle was over miles. Told them several times. "don't worry, we'll buy the car", get a bill for $2000. When working with Manager, no help, said I would call BBB (Better Business Bureau), and he refused to help. Ended up paying $2000, after telling them I would have purchased last lease vehicle to avoid fee, that is why I told them I was over miles. They lied and I will take my business elsewhere.
