Lied and said plant was delivered

The tracking showed that the plan had been delivered but in fact it had not. This was supposed to be a Mother’s Day present. I called customer service and they said they didn’t know what happened but the soonest that they could get a new plat out would be Tuesday. I ordered this plant two weeks ago to make sure it would get there in time for Mother’s Day. Very disappointed will never use them again!
