Lied 3 years ago, when ordering through Jet.com, lied again now when ordering through Build.com. Makes delivery appointment a week in advance, then they don't show. *** They DEPEND on the customer wanting or needing what was ordered. And they do NOT care if you never receive it. Doesn't hurt their business, so have to stay away from Build.com and Jet.com, because you won't know this company is being used until too late. It was just a microwave, UPS would have done just fine delivering. (fyi, both orders were cancelled because of these characters).
