Called and E-mailed customer support. Explained the problem, they stone-walled and asked for TV details which I provided. All said and done, IT WENT NOWHERE! So now I know that LG stands for LOW GRADE will never purchase an LG product again, nor will I accept any promos. I will never purchase an LG product again. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER!
