Lg Range damaged

I purchased a range from Home Depot on October 22,2020 to be delivered to my son Jason Smalls from the Marrietta,Ga store on 11-20-2020. It was delivered on today and was damaged. I called the #877-946-**** spoke with a John he was very unconcered said it was reported nothing can be done, I think that was not correct response, we have waited almost a month then to receive your purchase and it have to be sent back for damaged. Then it will take 24 to 48 hours to receive a call back. Next week is Thanksgiving, just when will he get his present. User's recommendation: I will advise them not to purchase a LG product.
