Won't freeze ice, won't maintain freezing temperature in the freezer compartment or proper temperature in the refrigerator compartment. Constant temperature is 54 degrees in both compartments. This problem started on 5 Sept 2021. After five calls to LG and their promises to contact repair person, no calls returned. With each call they say they have no authorized repair people in West Virginia, although we have contacted one repair service who says they receive work orders all the time from LG. Without a work order from LG we would have to eat the cost of repair and void the warranty. Warranty is for five years and the refrigerator is two years old.
