After pre paying for my rental on 6/26 at Blue Grass airport my family was denied because we didn't have a major credit card. I thought this policy was a thing of the past based on being able to rent with my debit card when I travel to FL. Needless to stay my family was stranded and forced to spend $1500 dollars for a return flight we didn't plan on. Did I menton we already paid for the trip and were already light $400 for the car. No empathy or compromise when we spoke to the manager and to add insult I won't see that $400 for another 7-10 business days! I think she even mentioned fraud. I hope your employees get better customer service training in the future. George McAlpin.
