I represent several customers, wich leupay has blocked their account with a lot of money in. Reason : compliance or security reasons. The customer support doesnt give more informations and since 8 monthes at least they are not unblocking the accounts, sending back the money, answer the customers or their lawyers. Leupay is an opaque EMI structure linked with ID CARD Bulgaria and SATABANK Malta. If you are in this case i would be nice to hear your experience, i ll developp this post later with more detailed informations customers by cutomers.
