I received a letter from you dated 11 June 2018. The letter states I have a credit rating of 553 from, I assume, Experian but when I look up my rating on Credit Karma I have two credit ratings of over 700 one is from Transunion at 765 and the other is Equifax at 783. I cannot call you because the number in the letter asks for an account number. The only thing in this letter is a Re: App ID# 4112683. I would very much like to speak to someone on this matter since I know my bills are paid on time. I want someone from your agency to explain this to me. I would like a phone number that goes directly to customer service you do not have and account number with them. Again when I call the phone number in the letter it asks for my social security number and my account number of which I have none with you.
