Let down big style

Having booked an electrician to supply and fit a replacement fluorescent light in our kitchen on Mon 26th April ( booking Confirmation 421****- J1) and supplying my card details I cancelled the job on Thursday after 4 days of excuses and being in a dark Kitchen. My wife and I are both in poor health and had no reason to think this firm was unable to do this work for us and cause us such inconvenience and stress ( User's recommendation: From my experience I'd advise against using this firm.
