Left stranded middle of night

My husband and I used Omni airport parking that we purchased on Groupon. I dropped off my vehicle Friday, August 3, 2018, around 4:00 am with reservations to return early morning of Tuesday, August 7, 2018. My ticket #is 182853. When I was being dropped off at MCO I asked the driver of the shuttle if I needed to call when I landed at airport or what the procedure was. He confirmed that they do automatic shuttles every 15-20 minutes 24 hours round the clock and to just look for the shuttle van at the curb of the airport. I arrived at the curb approximately 1:20 am Tuesday, August 7, 2018. I was at A12 area as it states on the ticket and the text message I received from 407-487-****. I waited for 23 minutes before sending the text with my ticket #. I received a reply text that it was received. I then waited an additional 11 minutes before I called 888-501-****. The phone was finally answered on the other end. I spoke to a female and told her I had been waiting over 30 minutes and hadn't seen the Omni Shuttle van. She then placed me abruptly on hold. When she returned to the phone she said the shuttle was currently at the B Terminal and to give them couple more minutes. She asked where I was waiting and I told her A12 as it states on the ticket and text message. I waited an additional 16 minutes before calling the 888-501-**** again. The phone was never picked up by an operator/representative, even after letting it ring over 5 minutes!!! I called again at 2:15 am, 2:18 am and 2:23 am with NO answer after letting it ring several times. I even attempted to call the number I received the text message from, but of course, it was not a good number to call. Since I'd been at the curb over an hour at this time without having any communication with Omni, I was forced to pay for and take a taxi to the location on Narcoossee Road. When I arrived, a gentleman behind the counter was busy assisting a couple. While I waited in line he did go open the door behind the desk and spoke to someone then continued to assist the couple Shortly after that a young lady and another gentleman with Omni attire one walked past me between me and the service counter without even looking at or saying anything to me and disappeared behind that same door behind the desk. When I got to the counter I advised the gentleman that I waited over an hour at airport with no shuttle, and no one answering the phone after my initial call. He stated that the number is to a call center, it's at a separate location and he had nothing to do with it. I then said I texted to have my vehicle ready and asked why it wasn't. I asked to speak to the manager but was told you wouldn't be in until 10:00 am and he gave me your business card. I just attempted to call you which went unanswered, AGAIN! No one even apologized to me about this. Needless to say, I was very upset and worried last night hanging around the curb at the airport with no one communicating with me and me having to PAY $25 for a taxi to take me to retrieve my car which wasn't even pulled up and ready for me. I want to know what you as a manager are going to do to make this awful customer service event and bad business right for me!!! I have not received a reply/response yet!!! Sincerely, L&PC
