Left light on the garden doesnt work

We received the Aerogarden "kit" about a month ago and the light on the left side doesnt work. This is the 3rd time i have tried to email you and im getting a bit irritated. I just want it to work. My plants are doing ok at the moment, but i would like the whole thing to work properly. Could you please email me or send me the light for the left side of the kit so it works?
