Leather Love Seat

I have contacted furniture care protection more times than I can remember. I have talked to a least six customer service reps and even the Manager. This has been going on since May. I've gotten nothing but a bunch of broken promises. No one ever returns my calls I have to contact them to see what the status is as far as repairing or replacing my love seat. The first excuse I got was my claim was canceled since I didn't send pics of my love seat which was false. Then the sent someone out to access the damage. I waited a few weeks to see if I would get a call, as usual I didn't so I called them. I was told he reported that he fixed the love seat and the rest was normal wear and tear. I then replied that he pulled a spring that was sticking out of the bottom of the couch and he didn't report the stitching coming apart or the material over the cushion ripping. I was told by Norman that he was waiting to hear from the manufacturer to see what they were going to do that was two to three weeks ago. I called and talked to someone else last week and was told they were still waiting to hear from the manufacturer. I asked that they call me to let me know if they did or didn't hear anything by the end of the week and was assured that they would call. I still have not heard anything. This is August, my initial call was in May. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE YOUR WARRANTY AGAIN!!! I will also notify Walker Furniture and let them know what a poor choice they have made by selecting you to represent them and I won't be buying anymore furniture from them thanks to Furniture Care Protection.
