After Njoy was contacted about my pod problem, they were quick to reach out to me. Njoys customer service team let me know what information was needed in order to get a full refund. They were very attentive and happy to help me. I was very pleased with the way the problem was addressed and handled. There will always be product problems. Its the way that its handled that gives that company credibility and integrity. I give Njoy 2 thumbs up!! AG
