My roof is leaking and my home is six month old. My floor creeks from a bad subfloor install. My tub has cracks. My drywall has cracks. My yard has a metal rod in it that won't budge. My back yard twists ankles due to the bad grading. It's the water issue that is most daunting as I hear it dripping while writing this. It's a new home...this should not be happening.
