I have shipped the goods on 5/9/2021 tracking number [protected] to the address No 133, Jalan Merbau, Oren Business Center, 13000 Butterworth, Penang and until now my shipment still could not be delivered to the proper location. The track and trace system also did not make any updates to know the latest location of my goods. Please sir/madam be able to take appropriate action so that you are responsible for the delay in sending my goods
