Laptop issues
I purchased a refurbished laptop about a month ago, also added the two year warranty w/it, from Walmart. Received it and was unable to log in on it, because it is locked. So I need some info on how to reset or remove the setup or bios password. So I'm able to use it. Tried contacting ur customer service serval times and have been unsuccessful .
