We purchased a $500 Lane recliner from People's Furniture in Weiser, Idaho on June 13,2011. The recliner mechanism failed in less than one month, and rather than refund my money for a junk chair, they want to "repair" it. The delivery men stated that they have had a lot of similar problems with this brand of recliner (Lane). So, how do you repair junk? Answer, you can't!!! I foresee these people jerking us around until their mickey-mouse warranty expires, and then I am stuck with a junk chair. My advice to ANYONE thinking of purchasing LANE furniture.....DON'T!
