Lancome withdrawal of Undelivered Items from Credit Card

I am writing to you from aturkey. I am a regular customer of Lancome and i regularly order. My order with the number Lnc21571353 did not reach me by Courier, it was delivered to another person, the cargo did not call me and did not send an SMS notification that it was delivered.Later on when idid not receive the products, called Lancome customer service in Turkey.Although I called Lancome 3 times for 2 days, they said that they were waiting for the return of the cargo. Authorities are uninterested, customer satisfaction is not a priority, Lancome does not want to return the amount that does not reach its customer, and the cargo does not want Lancome to make them pay.The disagreement between them also causes the process to be prolonged. I will not shop from Lancome again. Lancome must urgently return the total amount to my credit card, otherwise I will raise my complaint through legal means. It never really suits Lancome, which is a real brand and guest satisfaction must be a priority.Noone even called me for an apology.
