Lame, like a horse

this company is joke, i ordered enchantmints jewellery boxes, lunch boxes and breyer horses on october 19/11. on november 14 i e-mailed to find out where is my order. In fact i e-mailed 3 times with no response. in the meantime,my credit card was charged. i live in Canada so the 800 number didnt work. I called 411 and they found the owners pesonal number and called and boy she was not happy. long story short, they canceled my order b/c some of the order could not be filled. they said they tried to refund my credit card 3 times but it was rejected. but they never thought to call me, my order had my tel # on it. they were not interested in my business could care less and it was obvious in their attitude. i would not recommend this VERY unprofessional outfit. they are a joke.
