I joined VLCC in last week of October '12. Since the inception, the instructor named Sanjay has been coming late during my session. Today, the session was scheduled at 7:00 AM whereas he didn't turn up till 7:27 AM. On earlier occasions too, he didn't turn up at the right requisite time. This is unfortunate that the officials at the Indirapuram centre did not bother to take any action against the said official despite of recurring complaint against the gentleman. Even during the session, whenever I rung the bell thrice or more, the gentleman saunters in the casual way. This attitude of Mr. Sanjay is highly unethical and unprofessional. This is an articulate case of deficiency of service as defined in the Consumer Protection Act.
