out of warranty,real pos!!!!!why cant they warranty there windows like some do which is a lot longer than 5 years?answer……because they know they will not last any longer,what a disappointment,here i paid extra for an upgraded window and got s—!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: dont by these,the warranty is useless.
I bought a new modular home with Kinro windows and a kinro patio slider. After 2 years, 60% of the windows had a haze that I could not get off. Only to find out the glazing was defective and they only have a 1 year warranty! STAY AWAY!!!!!! User’s recommendation: Not kinro.
