Lack of service with Option Plus upgrade

My husband and I upgraded our trip to Option Plus. On the flight down we did not receive our complimentary air buds, beverage or our free snack. We received on meal nearly last, since we were seated at the back of the plane. On the flight home we had Option Plus however we got our food last and it was cold. There was an airline employee seated next to us who did not have a Option Plus upgrade but his man got catered to, extra drinks, chocolates, we counted over 6 free alcoholic beverages this man received. He was allowed in the galley with the airline workers. It took me over a ½ hr just to get water.
