Lack of refund on cacelled cruise

Update by user May 08, 2020 It is now day 56 and I still have not received my reduced refund (after a bait and switch on their refund policy) which was promised in 7 to 10 days. Do not EVER do business with Norwegian who are liars, deceitful, and arrogant toward customers. They are never to be trusted. Original review posted by user Apr 08, 2020 I cancelled a family 80th birthday celebration cruise on March 14 and was told the refund would be credited with in 7 to 10 days and it is now Day 25 with nothing in sight. Upon calling today I was told they are now taking 90 Days to process which I deem nothing but a continuation of the lies they have been telling me continuously. I believe they are just stalling so they can declare bankruptcy and make me a general creditor. Stay away from Norwegian at all costs as they are the most dishonest, arrogant, misleading, and least customer friendly Company I have ever dealt with User's recommendation: Call all other cruise lines before you ever call Norwegian.
