I am a consultant Engineer in automobile after sales service with experince of 46 years. My daughter (an engineer) has a history of liking KIA cars. She has a Sportage 2019. This is the third time to have a problem and no parts are in store rooms of KIA Egypt, first was fog lights , second was catalytic converter and those two the car runs and no need was there to complete stop of the car but two days ago, the front left window glass blown up while she was on a speed of 100 km/hour and no glass in KIA Egypt and I have communicated all levels to be sure of that and that needs to complete stop for the car. I am living in Badr city (45 km out of Cairo) Mr. Mansour office and Engineer Abdullah said that we will order it and will not receive it before 15 day. The car cannot be used because of winter temperature and also cannot be parked in any street. I am not threatening to send to KIA at Korea, or to write the story in newspapers or face book and Twitter. I need my daughter car to be fixed soon or to be given a car till the glass to be available. Thanks.
