Lack of help

I am a total computer idiot, so when I saw that this company would help me get my site up and running I jumped on it. After trying for about 6 months, I contacted the company and they said that they would do it for me for an additional fee. So, being anxious to get the site off the ground, I agreed. They promised that it would be at the top of Cant even finish my complaint. ssthere.
