lack of customer service/replaced card without notifying card holder

I found out during a business dinner that my card was no good, thought it was a fluke, tried to get gas with same card, same issue. Called Citizens customer service, told that fraud department cancelled card on the 19th and mailed new one. Should have received it in 3-5 days, not received after 7 days. Phone call Customer service can not locate because it was sent untraceable and too wait until tomorrow. If not received, then order a new one. Now I can not travel out of the State on Saturday and have to wait for card to arrive to travel, Nice Citizens for ruining by vacation or at least at the beginning anyway...
