Lack of Customer Service on the phone

Made an appointment on Friday, 10/2 to schedule an eye exam for Wednesday, 10/14/2020. I was advised that I would receive an email to confirm the appointment. However, no email was sent. I called on Sunday, 10/4 and the individual I spoke with advised me Casa Grande location was closed; however, she would email them regarding my appointment and lack of paperwork. I called 3 times on Wednesday, 10/7 - after being on hold the first two times with no person answering for over 30 minutes I hung up. During the 3rd call a rep answered after a 32 minutes wait. I explained why I was calling and was put on hold for another 30 minutes and then hung up on. Finally, got the paperwork information by doing an on line chat.
