I have been with Progressive Ins for almost 4 years, instead of rewarding me for GIVING them money every month, (because no one dares actually use their car ins) because the state requests me to give my money to some company-any company every month, I have be penalized by being CHARGED ALMOST $20 EXTRA A MONTH not because I had a claim against my ins but because I made a mistake about which account I thought my payment were coming out of! $20 a month for one simple mistake that I straightened out as soon as I found out about, plus I apologized profusely for, many ins companies these days have forgiveness policies Progressive has penalties & very steep ones at don't that! User's recommendation: don't use Progressive unless you are trying to find a way to throw away money every month!
